Thyme, a staff-scheduling service operated by DMTTR LLC, can text employees a link to their work schedule when their manager publishes it. This page explains exactly what those texts are, how you turn them on, and how you turn them off.
Messages come from Thyme (DMTTR LLC) on behalf of the business you work for. Your employer uses Thyme to build and share the schedule; Thyme sends the text on their behalf from a single toll-free number.
Only transactional, schedule-related messages tied to your job. Specifically:
We never send marketing, promotions, or solicitations over text.
Your number is added by your manager inside Thyme. Because a manager can’t consent on your behalf, we use a double opt-in — no schedule texts are sent until you confirm:
A schedule notification then looks like this:
Message frequency is recurring but varies — you get a text each time your manager publishes or changes the schedule, typically about once a week.
Thyme does not charge you for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
Reply STOP to any message to stop all schedule texts immediately. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at tony@dmttr.com. Opting out of texts doesn’t remove you from the schedule — you can still view it through your personal link or ask your manager.
We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
